There are many reasons for wrinkling in the drawing process, the main reasons are as follows:
(1) The drawing depth of stamping parts is too deep, which leads to the sheet metal flowing too fast and wrinkling in the process of feeding.
(2) In the process of drawing, the R angle of die is too large, which makes the punch unable to hold down the material in the drawing process, resulting in the sheet metal flowing too fast and forming wrinkling.
(3) The pressing rib is unreasonable, too small and incorrect position, which can not effectively prevent the sheet metal from flowing too fast and forming wrinkling.
(4) The pressure of the ejector rod is too small, so that the stamping parts are not completely formed and wrinkled.
(5) The unreasonable design of die positioning results in the failure to hold the material or the edge of pressing material is too small, which leads to the failure to hold the material in the process of drawing, resulting in wrinkling.
(6) The gap between punch and die is too large, which can not hold down the material in the process of drawing, resulting in wrinkling.
