At present, according to DIN2093 and (GB/T 1972-2005) standards, the standard disc spring manufacturing process is divided into three categories due to different thicknesses:
The first category: the thickness of the standard disc spring t <1.25mm, punching, cold forming, to remove acute angles
The second category: 1 25 ≤ thickness t ≤ 6mm, punching, cold forming, inner and outer diameter processing to remove acute angles or fine punching, cold forming, to remove acute angles
The third category: 6 ≤ thickness t ≤16mm, cast and forged blanks, full surface processing to remove acute angle punching, cold forming, inner and outer diameter processing to remove acute angles or fine punching, cold forming, remove acute angles.
