4. After the material thickness of the movable clamp is adjusted, the flywheel of the press should be turned clockwise to 90 degrees. During this period, it is necessary to check whether the moving clamp is always in clamping state. Adjust the material thickness of the fixed clamp at 90 degrees. First, set the master switch of clamping and loosening of the feeding clamp to on, place 1.5T material at the material thickness adjustment plate of the mobile clamp, support the movable clamp clamping block without clamping, then pass the material through the fixed clamp, and then turn the main clamping and loosening switch of the feeding clamp to off, and then adjust the material thickness of the fixed clamp according to the material thickness adjustment method of the mobile clamp.
5. The feeding distance should be adjusted at 90 degrees.
6. 9. If the height of the material is lower than or higher than the feed port of the mold when the material passes through the feeder to the feed port of the mold, the height of the feeder should be adjusted.
