The Brinell hardness of this series of steel plates is more than 360hbw, and the thickness can be made from 6 mm to 80 mm. It is obtained by quenching and tempering heat treatment. JFE-EH400
The Brinell hardness of this series of steel plates is more than 400hbw, and the thickness can be made from 6 mm to 50 mm. It is obtained by quenching and tempering heat treatment. The steel plate has higher hardness, good toughness, welding performance and cold bending. It is applied to the working conditions with high wear resistance and processing requirements
JFE-EH500
The Brinell hardness of this series of steel plates is more than 500hbw, and the thickness can be made to be 6 mm – 50 mm. It is used in high wear occasions. It is mainly aimed at users and manufacturers of high manganese steel castings or wear-resistant steel plates with Brinell hardness of 500. When upgrading from jfe-eh400 steel plate to this product, the Brinell hardness is increased by 100 units, and the wear resistance life is increased by at least twice without loss of steel plate toughness (depending on material hardness).
WEL-HARD400
The average Brinell hardness of this series of steel plates is 400hbw, and the thickness that can be manufactured is 6 mm-50 mm. It is obtained by quenching and tempering heat treatment. The steel plate has good crack resistance and good cold bending performance, which can be used in the condition of wear resistance and good toughness. At the same time, it has good weldability.
WEL-HARD500
The average Brinell hardness of this series of steel plates is 500hbw, and the thickness can be made from 6mm to 50mm. It is used in high wear occasions. It can greatly prolong the wear-resistant life of wear-resistant components, and has good weldability.
