Recently, the novel coronavirus pneumonia has brought the “blocking point” to the automobile enterprises in carrying out the announcement management. The Ministry of industry and information technology has launched four measures to serve enterprises.
In March 17th, novel coronavirus pneumonia news was released to WeChat Motor Company in the light of the official WeChat news. Recently, the Ministry of industry and Information Technology launched four service measures for the automobile industry to fulfill the “blocking point” in the implementation of the notice management.
One is to allow enterprises to use R & D verification test results to replace the test reports of third-party testing institutions on the basis of self-commitment. The second is the extension and change of licensed product parameters, allowing enterprises to temporarily not submit the relevant test report when filing, and can accept the shortage, do first and then make up. The third is to shorten the processing cycle and increase the number of announcements according to the situation. The fourth is to extend the period of review and rectification of enterprises by three months on the original basis.
The Ministry of industry and information technology said that it will further strengthen its efforts to implement precise measures to solve the difficulties encountered by automobile enterprises during the period of epidemic prevention and control, so as to help automobile enterprises resume work and production with efficient and orderly government services.
Affected by the epidemic situation, China’s automobile industry is facing challenges. According to the latest data of China Automobile Industry Association, in February, China’s automobile production and sales volume were 285000 and 310000, respectively, down 79.8% and 79.1% year-on-year; in the first two months, China’s automobile production and sales totaled 2.048 million and 2.238 million respectively, down 45.8% and 42% year-on-year.
However, with the resumption of work and production in various parts of the country and the introduction of measures to boost automobile consumption, the car market is gradually recovering. A few days ago, at a press conference held by the State Council’s joint prevention and control mechanism, the head of the Ministry of industry and information technology said that the Ministry of industry and information technology had made docking and communication with the joint prevention and control mechanism of Hubei Province and the industrial and information departments of Hubei Province as well as cities and prefectures, hoping to consider and support the auto industry parts as a priority to resume production. At present, auto parts enterprises in Hubei Province have returned to work and production in an orderly manner, and two vehicle enterprises in Wuhan have also started to resume production. The work of returning to work and production of China’s automobile industry is advancing orderly.
